Who we are
We train adults and kids by the same rules: safety, care for beginners, respect and discipline. Each value has a concrete effect in the gym.
No beginner is put into sparring until they have the basics. Sparring is optional and comes when you and the coach agree you're ready.
Every new member is personally looked after by the head coach during their first months, so they learn correctly and feel part of the team.
We greet each other, listen to our coach and look after our training partners. No one is left out.
We arrive on time, drill technique until it's right and keep our commitments. Progress comes from consistency.
